please authenticate a coach bag

I'm thinking its a fake, but would like confirmation.  Please see the attached images.  I have not purchased the bag yet.

It's fine. It's from 2008 and the tag should have the name of the style.

It seems to be a genuine Transatlantic Handle Zip Portfolio made in 2008, but Im not familiar with all the details of that style. The creed photo is a match to one that Im sure is genuine, and I dont see any obvious problems. You still might want to wait for the one or two people on this board who are familiar with briefcases and business items.
