Hi, I have 2 Coach purses and a wallet I purchased from coach.com and never used. I would like to list them, but have been reading on the boards that many sellers are having their listings for authentic Coach items removed due to authentication problems. In several cases, they've also received selling restrictions. I would like to avoid a similar scenario. Is there a way to have my items authenticated prior to listing them that will prevent them from being removed? Thanks so much!

Absolutely. If we verify that theyre genuine you can still get a basic Authenticate4U authentication as a backup. But if theyre actually fake theres no sense in spending any money to confirm it. Just be sure that the members giving their opinions here are experienced in Coach authentications. Wait until Alberta has posted, and there are a few other Coach experts whose opinions are accurate.
Sometimes inexperienced members will jump in and give opinions based on some nonsense they found online, and you dont want to decide whether or not to list an item based on that kind of flawed opinion. Most online "guides" are unreliable and sometimes dangerous. There are a handful of relaible ones posted here at Ebay but only an expert can tell the difference.
