Is this an authentic Kate Spade bag?

I picked this bag up at an estate sale, luckily cheap.  I'd like to list it, but I am reluctant  to because I can't find a Kate Spade bag with this design anywhere.  The tag is stitched on, but is slightly damaged.  It doesn't give me any confidence.  Inside tag shows Made in China, but no other information.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry but the bag is fake. If you can remove (either peel or snip) that label, you'll have a generic flamingo tote.
