Color and Sizing changed

I bought a sweater and I chose the color to be green and the size to be XL. I double and triple checked to make sure everything was what I wanted it to be. After I paid, however, the size went to a medium and the color went to gray and now I can't cancel my order and the person I bought it off from won't message me back? What should I do? Thats puzzling, a seller cannot change anything on a listing after it has been paid for..and Im sorry, but sellers are not required to honor cancellations.

It looks like you did buy a gray medium. You had to have chosen the wrong color and size.
