I assume you're referring to the bag in your ended listing.
On an authentic bag, the marking you're referring to is called an "outlet bullet." (Note that existence of a bullet doesn't necessarily mean the bag is authentic. Bullets have been faked.)
Coach makes items for their own full priced stores, department (full priced) stores as well as items made specifically to be sold in their outlet stores.
When boutique (full-priced) items are moved to the outlets, Coach marks those bags with a bullet imprint, indicating that it was purchased from the outlet.
Many Coach buyers prefer "full priced deletes" over MFF (made for factory) items. Your bag would be a full priced delete.
