Brand Identification - Men's Shirt

I bought this men's shirt and I can not read the label or find a clear reading of the brand. 

Looks like it first name starts with a C and second name with a V.
There is an embroidered Paisley at the bottom of the placket.

Is there a care label on the inside?  There may be an identifier tag (an RN#) with the care label, either on the label or next to it.  

The RN# can be used to look up manufacturer.

I was hoping there was
• There is a Made in China label at the bottom of the placket, no RN
• A fabric content and care label (60% Cotton, 40% Model) - The label is red but no RN
• A The design of this garment is protected by copyright label with a DK Konig or something (see photo) - but No RN
• Extra Buttons (No text)
• Size label at top - But nothing on the back

Nothing on the back of the collar, the cuffs or inside the sleeves. 

This one has me stumped and it is a great shirt - I just need to identify it -lol.
