I've used them several times for multiple brands and find them to be reasonably priced and accurate. Unlike some other companies, A4U uses expert authenticators for different brands. With brand specialists, I find their authentications to be more likely to be accurate than some other companies who don't have multiple authenticators.
If you google the company name, you'll find their website as well as their facebook page. Some users have found that they've had better luck making initial contact through Facebook.
On the website, there's a "services" tab that gives prices for the various brands and services. For basic authentications, most brands are $7.50 (except Hermes and Chanel 15 million series and up).
