I bought an iphone on here in 2017 bought from a seller as advertized as new factory sealed which it looked to be... totally unmarked with all the bits that come in the box !!!, last week the camera failed to work so I took it in for repare at an Apple repare centre, on collection they asked if the phone had been repared somewhere else or if i had changed the screen!!! to cut a long story short the iphone is a refurb job and advertised as a new iphone and sold as one!!! looks like I've been scammed!!! the probelm I have now is what I can do about this as I don't see a way of reporting this to ebay as the phone was purchached a year ago, any help if there is a way of dealing with this would be appreciated.
