Hello I returned an item with in the required time from the seller. eBay closed this return before the required return date even though I printed the return label earlier than when I was going to ship it. I don't have access to a printer at home, and I was testing the item for seller before shipping. I used shipping label and returned the watch in the customer time line. I told the customer I will take either an exchange or a refund. They haven't responded to any of my messages after I answered their product question. I now am requesting a full refund. The customer wont respond to my messages and I cant talk to a eBay person only automated help.
