Your ID and those of your sellers remind me of a recent story I read in selling.
A seller got a question from a buyer asking which frequencies a two-way radio operated on. When he replied with a list of UHF frequencies, eBay interpreted his communication as a phone number, suspended him for fee avoidance, and left him unable to send any messages to anyone, buyers or otherwise, for a week. He had to call eBay to resolve it. I imagine there's nothing you can do about this, unless you can look his contact info up and send him a letter or call him (I'm not sure you can do this).
