Anyone recognize what this remote belongs to?

I have never seen one like it. But if it were me, I would believe it was given to in error and I would return it to the sender. They may be panicking looking for it, tearing the house upsidedown, spanking the innocent kids, throwing the poor dog outside, yelling at the spouse...

Nice thought, however, I already contacted the seller. Their reply:

I'm not missing a remote. Keep it. Enjoy.
