So I bought 2 items via Buy It Now on the same day.
1. Panasonic Cell 2 Phone cordless phone system with 4 handsets.
- Missing AC adapter for base station
- No batteries in all 4 handsets
- Gave full refund no return needed
2. LG 2.1 soundbar with wireless subwoofer.
- Came in oversized box
- Missing AC adapter for soundbar
- Missing power cord for subwoofer
- Missing remote control
- It did come with mounting brackets and optical cable and manuals
- Requested for missing items and they "couldn't find any" despite them actively selling the exact same model.
- They did a full refund but I had to ship it back in the oversized box (I had to fold down my rear seats to put it in my car.
I don't know how they have so many positive reviews. They were 0 for 2. Who ships items without power adapters without specifically stating it?
I mean communication was relatively quick but to not give me the small power adapters and remote for the sound bar when they were actively selling the same model is what makes it so frustrating. They probably paid more to have me send it back. They will probably sell it to some other sucker without the missing items.
Others have similar stories?
