The HDD doesn't work, they refuse to return the money

I bought an 8TB HDD but the disk shows operation problems The seller claims that the disc is OK and he got my money back What should I do

More info needed: did you return the item??  How long has it been since you received item??

it's been about a month or so. I did not return the HDD because the seller says that everything is fine with the item and it does not work for me. The system is fine because other external HDD work without error

ALL buyers have the Money Back Guarantee.  Read it and learn to use it to your advantage.

It doesn't matter what the seller claims.  You had 30 days to open an item not as described case with eBay.

That deadline has expired.

If you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days to open a case there.  Or, final option, do a chargeback with your credit card.

This could have been handled quickly and easily if you had familiarized yourself with the protection eBay offers to buyers.
