Before giving my love to the Telefunken ecc803s I have tried some other brands that I will not mention them here due to someone’s tastes.
I had a chance to own a pair from ebay offered by fransen-2013 who is later I know a hi-end faithful
The tube surprised me by incredible musical features: wide bandwidth and dynamic range while performing a uniform of reliability, sweet frequency offering very deep low bass, emphasis upper bass. Midrange is pure andcoherent while retaining ruggedness. Vocals are live as the singer is in front of me. I can hear Allan Taylor breath in by his very quick and deep way then I tried to listen to the sound of his nose hair waving). Treble is sweet and detailed, and as its out of my speakers toward behind my seat.
