Permanently block parts only/box only from search

How could I go about saving a search setting that wipes "box only" searches and parts only tagged items from showing up? These litter the results like a minefield, box only seems to especially be a common scam attempt with boxes being at the same price as consoles currently are on the market, just hoping you don't read to closely on the listing. I want these to go away from my searches without having to specify it so every time. Is there a plugin, script, anything to automate this? Is there an option in site I just can't see?

There is no way to block those listings.  Legitimate sellers will give that info in their titles, scammers will bury it in a description and/or use misleading photos. There is no filter ebay can add that might block those who intentionally misrepresent items.  If the filters you ask for were added, the scammers would find a way around them, that is what they do. 

Therefore, you have to do your due diligence as a buyer. Any listing you find that is marked as Used/Preowned that has "for parts" in the description, can be reported by using the Report item button on the listing page. 

If a listing has photos of an item and its box, but states Box Only in the listing, that too can be reported using the same button.

Being able to remove the ones that admit it's only the box would be ok enough. Do you know how to filter multiple words out of a search at once?
