@felimen-4458 If a price is too good to be true then it is.
When it is ONE day past the last estimated delivery date file an item not received refund request. Do NOT let the seller stall you.

Escalate the dispute to paypal if the seller doesn't refund you after a few days. If you do not escalate the dispute the case closes after 20 days and you lose.

That is a lot of money. You'll get your money back, just follow the steps I gave. If you have problems with getting your refund let me know.
