How do I get eBay to activate my SIM card??

Purchased Verizon unlimited hotspot data SIM card  Received card with sticker on it saying to not contact provider to activate contact eBay to activate. That’s all the info given no # to call no instructions whatsoever on how to go threw eBay????????? Ebay help no options ebay customer support # shut down ????? **bleep**!!! Does anybody have a clue or any knowledge on the matter???? Please share would be most appreciated

No, eBay doesn't activate SIM cards. But Verizon can. I wonder why your seller doesn't want you to go there?
