How can seller have positive feedback numbers with no details?

 I bought an item from a seller.  As usual I checked for feedback and the seller showed multiple positive feedbacks in the last year. Now I haven't received my item and no sign of shipment in over a week and I looked closer. There was no details only the numbers. The last details were from 2015. Feeling scammed.
