How can I address the problem that the seller does not gives response after the bid-process

I made some bids for a new phone recently.

How can I communicate with the seller that if I want to ask some questions, but it seems that he does not want to communicate more?

But after the bid-process, I received a notification that,

"When an item is not paid for within four calendar days, the seller may cancel the order. Regularly missing payments may impact your account...."

This unpaid item was not my fault. The seller does not give replies to my question in the Messaging system...

Please advice. Many thanks.

Actually, it was your fault.  The time to ask questions of any seller about any item is BEFORE bidding or buying.  That only makes sense, doesn't it? What if the answer to one of your questions is going to make you decide not to buy it?

How can I address the problem that the seller does not gives response after the bid-process

Hello maryl,

Thank you for this suggestion.

"What if the answer to one of your questions is going to make you decide not to buy..."

For example, no good warranty or return/exchange promise, or "he does not want to communicate more".

"BEFORE bidding or buying"

Yes, I sent the question during my first bid.. But after one day I found that there is only one bidding person. I did not expect I could win the bids, Because usually the bidding price will increase very fast, like every one or two seconds. This item price did not change for one or two days... So I say it is not my fault...

Thanks to your time soh.maryl.

You can not change anything after you purchase; it is buyer abuse according to eBay. You win you pay they ship. That it.

Any questions after is all on you as the buyer. and eBay considers it buyers abuse.

I see the first response is ‎10-05-2022. But I only received one notice email this morning (10-09) ... What is the problem?

OK. Then what can I do if the seller does not give response in two days, but bidding process is ending, and I am the only one bidder?

Is that a good method to only bid during the several hours before the ending time?

Usually what is the polite and good way to bid, to avoid this kind of abuse again?

Please advise. Thanks

One more question, can I get my bid back several hours before the bids ending?

Sellers are not required to answer questions or respond to messages.

It's best to ask questions before bidding so you know what kind of a seller it is.

Have a great day.

What abuse would that be, exactly?

They say "can not change anything after you purchase; it is buyer abuse according to eBay..."

I win and then I request to cancel because of no messaging response.

The time to ask questions about an item that you are considering purchasing is prior to making the purchase.  There is no eBay requirement that a seller respond to questions, but, if you ask before you buy, you will discover that about this particular seller and are free to move on to another.

Thanks.

Usually, in the cell phone department, does the seller provide a return shipping label?

Thank you for this advice.

Is that a good method to only bid during the several hours before the ending time?

Is it possible to get back a bid?
