Okay so recently I sold an iphone 6 for $280.00 that I recently bought for a present but I did not need it anymore. After selling the phone, there were circumstances beyond my control that I could not sell and ship this iphone to the buyer. So I contacted the buyer right away and told him that I would refund his money within 10 minutes. When I went to go refund the buyer, I sent the refund but it said that it was an echeck. So, I then messaged the buyer again and told him that it would take a few days for his money to clear and he was not fond of that so then he opened a case with ebay. Ebay then charged me another 280 dollars even though I had already sent the echeck and it was waiting to be cleared. What should I do? Should I call ebay or paypal?
