My return case was established to be fraudulent because the buyer returned a "red brick" rather than the items he purchased. This buyer is from Georgia, Russia and uses a forwarding address here in the US, located in Delaware, which is a tax free state. I mailed the order on June 18, 2023 and he received it on July 8, 2023 which took approximately two weeks.
When he was issued an RMA on July 8, 2023 the returned item only took 3 days to arrive and it wasn't the item bought that was inside the box but a red brick. Ebay stepped in and reviewed/closed the case in my favor. The problem now is ebay is charging me for $17.25 for the return shipping. I find this UNFAIR, SINCE THE RETURNED WAS DEEMED FRAUDULENT. I have requested for the shipping refund upon closing of the case on July 19, when I received notice that my case was decided to my favor. To date I'm still trying to get my $17.25 which ebay claims may take a few days .. a few days had passed and I haven't received any.
