Seller had a surround system for sle. made the payment and a tracking number provided. the package said it was delivered. never arrived. i contacted the us postal inspector. the package was a 2lb package delivered to the same zip code. it was delivered to them. i reported this and tried to cancel the purchase. they refused. where do i go from here?

Since you have the evidence of weight and package delivery, why don't you do a chargeback with your payment source and have seller get hit with $20

File a police report too and get something from the post that says the package trackng number, origin and destination, and weight

^ THESE are essential to having leverage to show ebay fraud was involved. Even if it seems over the top, it gives you lots of leverage
