I ordered an item off of Ebay and after doing so received an email from them stating that the item was pulled because someone had hacked into the sellers account so they pulled the item but still charged me for that item. I have been trying to find out how to get this resolved but their website just keeps taking me in circles. and the item does not show up on my list of items ordered. but as I said they charged my card for this item. Any ideas on how I can get this resolved. Calling them does not work because all I get is a recorded message that hangs up when finished with their statement.
