I purchased a turntable from seller late Jan ; he sent it in Feb and I couldn't get toggle switch to turn off. Contacted him; he said it was prob damaged in shipment and to get UPS to pick up and evaluate. I did that; UPS said it was damaged by shipper not packing properly. I paid w. paypal credit. UPS sent the item back to the seller (have all tracking and documentation) and I am out my $$. Appealed to eBay and the denied my claim, no reason given, of course. I am appealing to PayPal but don't hold hope. I don't have my $ or turntable, I just want refunded. I've done nothing but cooperate with seller/eBay. My rating is 100%. I don't know what to do.
