any info on 7 inch bisque doll

hi all ~~ any id  or info on 7 inch bisque doll....face is hand painted  neck is solid to her body   does not  move  and in a  fixed pose...tilted head ..mouth is open ...legs and arms are  loose...should i  restring ?

there is a number  across her  back....pressed  into  the body

# 10490   with a  3 under  that

she was purchased at an antiques auction with the    ducet made in  france  pram  MADE IN FRANCE stamped under  carraige....tin and vinyl  hard rubber  wheels

The doll is a reproduction of a German antique bisque doll.

no chance it is an antique .....? with the numbers stamped on back in to the porcelain

nope, she is a very pretty reproduction of a German doll made probably in the 1980s.

also if it was an official auction with an auctioneer and sold as an antique you can contact them if out money but anther note is about vinyl: while used in phonograph records and such since the mid 1800s I don't think it was used for things like the pram until the 30s-50s, someone correct me if I am wrong
