Real or Reproduction of K&R mold 117

I purchased this cutie on eBay and she was tought to be a reproduction.  I’m still not convinced if this is the case.  If she is a reproduction her head is just beautiful and one of the best repros I have seen.  She is not signed or dated by an artist so I am just not sure.  Can someone help?

Your doll is defintely a reproduction, the painting of eyebrows, eyelashes & mouth gives it away.  However, if you're happy with the doll, that's all that matters.
