Need help in identifying this unique Barbie Doll.

The Doll I think is from the late 90's or early 2000's. 

I've seen photos of this doll on Google search but can never find her name.

She's wearing a fancy dress with beaded pink necklace.

The back of his body is marked "©️1999, Mattel Inc., INDONESIA."
