I think the doll is a modern reproduction. "Jewel ? im7dy ?"  below the "JDK 221 Ges Geuch" is some kind of artist signature/name. The doll is stilll very cute and nicely made and dressed. If you look at current and sold listings on eBay, you will see what a nice reproduction might sell for. Looks like currently abt. $250.
