Antique Barbie Type Doll to identify please.

This doll seems to be a very old. Her clothes are sewed on her so I cannot say if there is a mark in order to identify her. Her body is some type of hard plastic. Her dress is made from a type of taffeta or satin material. Her underwear has yellowed but is still in excellent condition. Both her arms move together (up and down). She is missing some hair on her head. Her hairdo seems to be from the 1800s (?) - she has buns on both sides of her head - and I think it is real hair. She cannot be removed from her plastic stand. She is 12 inches tall.
