Account balance

I've had a negative account balance with eBay since last year. They told me I would get a refund for the full amount but nothing! Does anyone know how I go about getting it. It's not much but I can't see letting eBay keep it when it's my money.

I hate to say but you'll have to call customer "non-service" Good luck! Ask for a supervisor if the person gives you any other answer than I will send the check out right away.

It's $6 and change. There's no way I'm going to waste my time calling customer service. They are completely and totally useless and my time and my sanity is worth more than six bucks!

Gee we never had a negative balance. Not sure how that even happens?

Ebay gave me a number to call that seems to work better:
866-540-3229

When you do get someone......ask them to give you a pre designed "one time number" to get thru all the balony in the future. I have to call them about once a week for things. Its been better lately doing it that way..
