Please help identify stemmed bowls

I believe these are older, but could not say for sure. They look like a sherbert bowl? When they are upside down, they are like a staircase. The only way I can think of to describe. They have mold lines down 2 sides. They are clear.  4 3/4" tall. The bowl is 5 3/8" across. Hope my pics are good enough for someone to tell me something about these. Thanks!

YES AGREE WITH 'PARK AVENUE' BY AHCHOR HOCKING, AS THE HEIGHT MEASUREMENT DOES NOT MATCH THE COMPORT FOR THE "MANHATTAN" LINE 🙂

Thanks. Manhattan crossed my mind as well. It was made earlier. Plus doesn't the rings go all the way down or if the stem is plain it has the little balls around the base, almost like the style of Imperial's Candlewick.
