Fostoria American sundae dishes w/metal base

Help identifying these sundae dishes.  Fostoria American?  3" tall, glass portion has a bottom peg that fits into SS base.  I can find no seams in the glass and it looks like Fostoria to me but I can find to reference to dishes that have a metal base.  I am pretty familiar with Indiana Whitehall and these look nicer.

I've done more looking but still find nothing.  I don't see any sherbets, dessert cups or sundae dishes shaped like these, let alone the peg and SS base.  I see more rounded bottoms or more cone shape.  I guess it's possible that these are newer than they look.
