Fenton etched glass artist - Carol Rankin info?

Hello - This Fenton Iris etched vase is signed Carol Rankin. She wasn't on the Fenton fanatics artist list, anyone have more info?

One listed here says it's the Iris Collection.  I'm guessing 1970s or 80s?
