Seller sent my item to a wrong location, I have the POD from UPS, the person and address where my item was received are wrong, then he sent me another tracking number via inbox, which was also not received at the correct destination, later he attempt to cancel the order, refund has not been received, I submitted the claim to Ebay as item not received... they step in, and determine they cannot refund my money because item was received, IT WAS NOT SENT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS, all I want is my money back.
how can I submit an appeal to the decision and add the POD?

I am in the process of the same issue but from a sellers point of view, my item was sent to the buyer 14 days ago, it's stuck in Nashua, NH at a distribution center, this center has short of help that any item delivered into it is held until a truck canbe filled. Meanwhile my buyer wants his money back, now I just told him that I want him to refuse the package and I will consider a refund whe I get my item back.
Seems reasonable, but he want this item and he definitely wants his refund, eBay never sides with the seller!
