Hi, any idea on this beautiful tablecloth, what would it be called, is it hand woven, crocheted? very intricate, is there a name for material?

Looks to me like crocheted yarn of wool or acrylic.

Ok but what tool was used to accomplish the weave? Knitting needles?

Have you looked at tatting? I have a tatting shuttle but never knew what it was (I do now, of course) or how to use it. Makes pretty lace if you know what you're doing.

Yes it seems like drawn, but with other aspects like a weave, it is a remarkable tablecloth, I am going to list when I find out a little more.
