What kind of dino fossil do I have?

I bought these 30 years ago and kept them. There was a box full, some large fish 18 inches which I sold. Any thoughts? I was reading about the discovery of the Wulong bohaiensis and said to myself "Hey, I've got one that sort of looks like that. About 9".

Who says I am a commercial dealer "in these times"? I made a $400 sale at the first of March and not a penny since. And fool that I am spent I most of it on veg seeds. Not a fool really, we just had two $12 salads (2 x $12 = $24) that I grew...for free. 😀🥒🥝
