Unknown Silver Marks

hey; I have a Beautiful Platter, I think it is Silver Plate, I cannot find anything about this mark, any info would be awesome? Mykil

If you were to set up your camera, focus on the mark, blow your breath on the mark to fog it up, and take the pic within 1 second, you might be able to capture the tail end of that mark. Results may vary, items are closer than they appear... Close ups of the field and handles may help too.
