Unknown McCoy LCC piece identification

I’m trying to identify this piece marked 71 McCoy LCC. I haven’t seen a similar piece online. The interior is unfinished. Does anyone know what McCoy line this belongs to?

Apparently the mark used on your item dates it to sometime after 1974.

Lancaster Colony / McCoy mark used from 1974 to 1985.

It looks like a candle stick to me 

It also looks like someone painted that red on.
