I can't find a train hub on the seller forums but can anyone can help me identify when this Aurora Dater train ticket stamper was made?  Also, any idea what kind of price I could sell this for? I did research but the ones I've seen on eBay are most likely older. Thank you!

What are the lowest and highest numbers after the ' on the outer wheel in the 3rd photo?  I see '4, '5 and maybe '6 suggesting 1940-1960.

Just to add that since the year selection wouldn't be backdated, it most likely dates from the 1940's unless you see a '30 on the dial.
