Sterling Tray

Hi, I have a sterling tray stamped with Sterling and an S and a sideways lion on his hind legs.  It is also stamped Y66.  I am not an expert, this comes from a friend's estate.  What info I was able to find on the internet seems to be that the S and lion are from Glasgow Scotland 1889.  The weight is 826g.  The tray measures 19 1/4" by 9 1/4".  It is monogrammed.  I don't want to misrepresent the origin or the style; it kind of has a "pebbled" look.  So my questions would be: do I have the correct origin, what maker and style would I list it as and what would be a good price either auction or buy it now?  Thanks in advance for any help/info!

I knew it couldn't be Scottish silver, but I had to search to identify the real maker - Frank W. Smith Silver Co. Inc. of Gardner, MA:
