The signature on the left is that of the illustrator (the artist Edouard Zier); the signature on the right (Chevauchet) belongs to the engraver. See here for more details:

I meant to add that the letters "del." after the artist's name and "sc." after the name of the engraver are quite common abbreviations: they stand for for the Latin words delineavit and sculpsit.

 

Also, I see the link above mistakenly calls the engraver "Chevauche" instead of "Chevauchet."
