Relief art help

Hi! I have a couple of antique art pieces that I have no clue about.  I normally deal in jewelry.  A friend ask for help with these.  They are raised relief in old frames. Not sure but I think they are alabaster.  Maybe early 1900s. Any help is appreciated!Frame 14" x 16" Opening 7 1/2" x 9 1/2"Frame 18" x 22 1/4" Opening 11 1/2" x 15 1/2"

They don't look antique to me. Molded and usually made from resin and powdered stone. I would suggest no older than 1980s.

What do those red and white labels say?  Photos aren't big or clear enough to see.

They seem to be just numbers - but yes, close-up photos would help. And they do look fairly newish, which would fit in with Palmtreelucky's observations.

They look like numbers from an auction house.
