Someone at an estate sale gave this to me. Anyone has a clue what this is? And is the American or maybe Mexico. Name is not hispanic though. Its so dirty lol and the stones are discolored. Also, is there something missing on top? There is a small hole. Thx so much.

Maybe a young Acoma artist and this is an early (creative) nod to traditional Pueblo pottery like these:
And if those really are turquoise stones? You better show it to someone with a reputation before washing or doing anything that might cause loosening. Of course, the stones could be worth well more than the clay!
Please post pics of the turquoise.

Do you really think this is based on a soccer ball?

If you could share her name we could look up her work.

Gentle, start with Q-tips wetted with a little Dawn.like 2 drops in a coffee mug of warm water. Pick an underside space and roll the wetted cotton forward then gently backward a few times. Wipe that foot section with a clean damp white cloth and see what's on the Q-tip and the cloth. If any chalky white residue comes up in quantity, stop and get an expert's opinion before proceeding.
