Photograph, Johnny Donnels help

This is the phto on the front of his book "Into Photography".  I cannot find this any place else except as featured on  that book.  Any idea of the name of this photo or posssible value since it is also captioned and signed by him?  It measures ~ 10.5 x 10.25.  Thank you!

You can search for other signed photographs to get a better idea of value.  I didn't come across a title on the photo itself.

Johnny titled his photos with different names. I would say that the comment is the title on this piece. It would probably sell around $75 to $150.
