Need help reading a signature etched in glass

This signature is etched on the bottom of a pepper shaker in a salt and pepper matched set. The owner thinks she bought the set in Paris. I cannot make an informed guess about the signature, glassmaker, or even find a photo of any glassware that looks remotely like this.  Thanks for any information. Guesses would be helpful as well!

the sig is engraved, not etched.  but other than that picky point if the pieces are indeed from france they are by an idividual glass maker whose ID is unlikely.  I do not recognize the mark as a french glass factory.

I wonder if the bottom part is trying to say "Loetz" ? Id say 60s -70s ,I rather like the lines.

I don't think anyone would try to mark this as Loetz.

Thanks for your thoughts. I am unable to find anything, so ruling out possibilities is helpful.

Good to know. I had already ruled out Loetz, along with many many other makers. Thanks!

Thanks also for pointing out the difference between an engraved signature and an etched one. I have much to learn.
