Need help identifying black red white stripes with gold crown logo on cigarette lighter

trying to id vintage logo printed on cigarette lighter; no name ;just white (not yellow) , black or dark navy and red stripes with gold crown. gold crown has 2 clover leafs and a diamond shape at the top;lighter was made by Continental in Japan so think logo may be from circa 1970s TIA

Philip Morris Continental lighter. 1960ish. If your photos are accurately colored, then the lighter has patina'd as it is supposed to clearly be blue.

Wow thank you that was fast....colors are not accurate in photo, colors are white, red and dark navy blue. KUDOS to you.
