Hope someone can help me with this mark. It is on a decorative ceramic chicken mold. I know it reads Germany and has a large slanted "H" but that is all I know. Not sure of the age or anything about the piece.
Thanks for any help!

Wow! You are amazing. I have been hunting for this for a while but never even thought it was "Heise". I have even looked through different fonts trying to figure out the letters. I kept going towards an "S" or a "B" and couldn't see where the big "H" came would have come from. Now it seems more obvious. I can not thank you enough and you found it so quickly.

Glad to help! I'd like to pretend it was easy, but it really wasn't - particularly since the "i" also resembled a "t", or an "f".

I was so surprised when I got home from work to see an answer and then to see that it was the right answer. I have been hunting for it, off and on, for a few months. Sent photos to my friends - one thought it might be an older version of "Selb" with the "e" on the end. I didn't recognize the "i" either.
Thank you again for all your effort, I was very impressed how quickly you found it. It is just nice to be able to identify the mark info in the listing. I didn't think this was particularly old but it is a nice decorative chicken mold and not the one that is on their website, so it probably has a little age - 1970s or 80s. Hard to think of the 70sand 80s as having "age".
With all my gratitude,
