Name for: Like Spaghetti Porcelain, but Dots?

Hello!

Looking for the proper term for this finish.

It's just like spaghetti porcelain, but more like rice shape. The internet says spaghetti is fine for the term, but I don't want to miss out on a keyword.

Thank you in advance!

Looks similar to the finish on Snow Baby figurines. It seems they refer to that as "snow". Wiki says it's achieved by applying crushed bisque and fixing it with slip and something called "grog". Not sure if that applies to your piece, but it might be worth checking out.
