Can anyone please help identify this button's logo and country of origin for me? It appears to have two British? flags with an anchor in the middle. It is a very early button. There are no makers marks or origin names etc on the back. Definitely different than those from the turn of the 20th century from Great Britain. Perhaps a commonwealth country.
