Looking for paperweight artist signature identity

Over the years, I've answered a number of questions. Now I'm on the asking end of things.

Can anyone help me identify the artist signature on the bottom of my paperweight? I love the iridescent blue and the wonderfully crafted snake. The name looks like "Coulin" or "Goulin" or perhaps "Couein." Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
